With all of the toothpaste choices on the market, have you ever stopped to wonder if the toothpaste that you were buying could be making the issue that you are dealing with worse? I hate to break it to you, but it’s true…..and maddening. I mean really, there you are, in the long dental isle of the store wondering what toothpaste is going to solve your problem. Not only are you overwhelmed by choices, but you are potentially unknowingly buying something that does not control the issue, but instead makes it worse.
Did you know that tartar control toothpaste often causes excess sensitivity? And did you know that sensitive toothpaste can often cause excess buildup? Today’s video explains why, and before you throw the towel in on finding the perfect toothpaste, I can tell you without a doubt that there are some amazing products out there….you just won’t find them in the store.
Advertising is big money
And small companies that create effective products often have much less money to spend on advertising than the big companies that line the store shelves…..if you want to find products that are effective, my advise is to steer clear of the isle in the grocery store! The person in charge of ordering and product placement likely has little knowledge of what is effective and what is not.
This is one of the main reasons I have set out to find products that not only are effective, but are quite hard to find. So come on over to the online store (where we spend hours combing through products and hand select those that work) and have a look at what we have.
Yes, it’s true that many of these products are a bit more expensive than the ones you will find at the store, but if they save you thousands of dollars in dental bills and allow you to go about your day without pain, bad breath and breakdown that turns into more dental bills, you too may find that the extra few dollars are well worth the investment.
If sensitive teeth are an issue for you, try Squigle toothpaste which is available in both fluoride free and sodium fluoride formulas. I like the fluoride free because I can leave it in my mouth and not have to worry about rinsing it away. Also, CTx3 is a great mouth rinse that not only helps to stop sensitive teeth, but it also helps to stop build up as well!
