20 Places to Use a Sulcabrush

All too often we find that time is the biggest factor in taking care of our teeth and gums.  Below is a list of places that you may or may not have thought of for keeping your gums healthy.

The Sulcabrush takes less than 2 minutes to use.  It both cleans and massages the teeth and gums and works wonders on the stain that accumulates in between cleanings.I think most people who use a Sulcabrush will agree that it is one of the single most effective tool that you can use due to the portability and ease of use.

Another great feature of the Sulcabrush is that you change only the heads when they are worn out, saving the landfill of unnecessary waste!Getting out of the bathroom and incorporating different tools throughout the day leads to healthier mouths, it seems as if most of us (me included) are often rushed when we are in the bathroom.  I’ve seen some of the unhealthiest mouths turn around simply with changing up routine!

  1. Sitting at the computer.

  2. Watching television in your favorite chair or on the couch.

  3. Waiting for an appointment.

  4. Sitting in traffic……after all you can’t talk on the phone anymore.

  5. Little Johnnie’s baseball game.

  6. Talking on the phone.

  7. Reading emails.

  8. At your desk or in your cubicle.

  9. While watching a webinar.

  10. Little Sarah’s ballet practice.

  11. Watching your favorite show that you’ve DVR’ed.

  12. In the drive through line.

  13. Online shopping.

  14. Listening to music.

  15. In the shower.

  16. In the bath.

  17. Attending an online class.

  20. While helping the kids with their homework. The whole family gets smarter and a change in oral health can be obtained for the whole family!
